RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, this means upon receiving your order you have 7 days to lodge a return request.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, free of fragrance, tags attached). If your item does not meet these requirements, your return will not be accepted.
To make a return please get in touch with lukeandsassyscott@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will provide instructions on how and where to direct your package. Items that are returned without an approved request will not be accepted.
*Please note, the cost for return postage is at the buyers' expense.
EXCHANGES
In the instance you require a different size/item, the easiest way to ensure you secure the correct item is to lodge a return for the item you have received and after the return has been accepted, make a purchase for a new item.
